Watkins (1984): “Clothing is a micro-environment that is closest to a person and is a tool for environmental regu-lation that can be moved from place to place and can be adjusted  with  ease  by  simply  adding  or  removing  layers.”  Clothing  is  a  portable  micro-environment  of  the human body.

As the seasons change and the clocks go back its time to say goodbye to your summer body and hello to layers! When layering I love to experiment with a range of different fabrics, colours and shapes. Check out part one of my autumn edit below styled by Psychology of Fashion Editor: Shakaila Forbes-Bell!
